- How do I place an order?
Browse our products, select your favorite items, choose the appropriate size and color, and click the “Add to Cart” button. After completing your selection, you can click the cart icon to proceed to checkout and follow the prompts to complete your order.
- Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once your order is submitted, we will process it as soon as possible. You can request to modify or cancel your order by contacting our customer service team before it is processed. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
- How long does it take for my order to ship?
Generally, order processing time is 1-3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method you choose. We will provide an estimated delivery date via email after order confirmation.
- Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive an email with a tracking number after your order ships. You can use this tracking number to check your order status on the logistics company’s official website.
- Can I return products?
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and retains its original tags and packaging. Please see our refund and return policy for details.
